The Supreme Underworld King Episode 1 takes place at the auction where lustful men are at a bidding to win a poor helpless woman, The belle of Draco land. The bidding price starts at 30 million and the moderator announces that as the price goes up he's going to strip Belle's clothes as a token of appreciation. The men go crazy for Belle.

The Supreme Underworld King Episode 2 introduces Lord Opulence, who bids a hefty 2 billion dollars for Belle, shocking all the men at the bidding war. The mask on Lord Opulence steals the show, showcasing the power he holds and the fear he carries. But when someone dares to outbid him, Lord Opulence decides to show what the most powerful man can do.

The Supreme Underworld King Episode 3 proves how Lord Opulence controls the mafia using his power and richness, making everyone bow down at him. He orders his guard Misty to free Belle. But the moderator announces that Lord Opulence can't leave just like that as he has not closed the auction. He begs Opulence to respect the rules.

The Supreme Underworld King Episode 4 takes a turn as we see the Blood killers and their Lord Dunn interrupting the auction as they start an attack. Lord Dunn challenges Opulence, stating he wants to take Belle for himself. Lord Opulence calls out Dunn's intentions for plotting another terrorist attack and for using Belle as bait to get to him.

The Supreme Underworld King Episode 5 shows how Lord Opulence is none other than King Venom, also known as the dragon Slayer, who is a legend. Lord Dunn accuses him of being a fake, but soon Shadow, Ulrich and Comet, the three slayers, come to support Lord Opulence, proving his identity as the King of Venom. Misty is none other than the fourth Slayer.

The Supreme Underworld King Episode 6 starts off with an intense fight between Lord Opulence and Lord Dunn's men. The slayers get rid of the blood killers during the chaos, Lord Opulence gets a call from his sister Debra, who begs him to help her as she reveals how their daughter Anne was harassed by a man and Debra's mother, who went to stop him just got murdered.

The Supreme Underworld King Episode 7 shows injured Anne as Debra begs the doctor to save her daughter. The Doctor reveals that Warren, the villain, has told everyone that no one will help Anne. Fearing for their safety, no one comes to help Anne. Debra pleads with the doctors how Anne is all she has. Poor mother's tears are emotional.

The Supreme Underworld King Episode 8 starts with Lord Opulence, none other than Debra's brother Gayle. He has summoned the most powerful men in the city, including the mafia, as he orders them to find his sister. At the hospital, Warren and his men beat up the doctor and destroy things as the doctor has helped Anne, leaving poor Debra to call out for help.

The Supreme Underworld King Episode 9 starts with Debra getting harassed by men. They kidnap her, leaving Anne behind to die. Gayle has found his sister as he arrives at the hospital to save them. The scene gets tense as we see Lord Opulence looking out for his sister while she's dragged down by her kidnappers despite her pleading. Gayle comes in the face of Warren's men, who are taking Debra away.
