Return Of The Reaper Episode 2 reveals how contrasting Isaac's life is, now that Natalie is 18 years old. Isaac is no longer a fearsome killer; instead, he is a drunken man with a highly disheveled beard and no will to live. Natalie even says sometimes she wishes for his death. So, why does she suddenly call him?

The Russian mobsters have kidnapped Natalie in the Return Of The Reaper Episode 3. They have also brought Natalie and other women to their brothel to have the men beat them up. For Isaac, it means he has to sneak into the nightclub where the mobsters kidnap Natalie. Will he defy his wife's wish of not holding a gun?

Isaac doesn't take the gun and follows the crowds in the Return Of The Reaper Episode 4. By the time they wake up, they realize the mobsters have prepared to sell their organs, no matter how old or young they are. At this point, Isaac has befriended a fellow hostage. Yet, why does he advise his friend not to intervene?

Isaac's knowledge of the mobsters' viciousness in Return Of The Reaper Episode 5 causes him to warn his new friend, Walter. Yet, Walter ignores his warning when he tries to stop the mobsters. It causes the mobsters to threaten him, call him Number 42, and assault him. Will Isaac also revolt against the mobsters?

Isaac has gone silent for a long time, and it's time for his actions in Return Of The Reaper Episode 6! The first sacrifice was the brave yet powerless guy defending Old Man Walter. When Isaac threatens the mobsters to ask him what his name is, what does it mean for them?

In Return Of The Reaper Episode 7, Isaac has plenty of chances to use the mobsters' axe to strike them. Yet, he chooses not to, and instead, he tries to negotiate with them. Walter defends him, and that's when the mobsters beat him once again. How will Isaac's acts of mentioning the mobsters' boss's name rescue everyone?

Return Of The Reaper Episode 8 shows the mobsters don't care about Isaac knowing their boss, Vasile. Instead, they rush, knowing Isaac would drop the weapons every time he remembers the late Mya's dying wish. Just when Isaac gets involved in a hand-to-hand combat with them, why does Oksana suddenly appear?

Oksana shows her actual face in Return Of The Reaper Episode 9 when she tells Alex to have his men break Isaac's legs. She also mocks Isaac for being an impotent and drunken man while comparing him to the much healthier-looking Number 73. When Isaac finally surrenders, does it mean the mobsters will show Natalie's whereabouts?
