Queen Never Cry Episode 1 follows Nicole who was drugged and made to look drunk by her friend Elaine. Elaine also made it seem like Nicole abandoned her daughter, Grace in the car, causing her husband Ethan, to hate her. Since Ethan's about to sign a massive deal, Elaine now wants him for herself. She's in the hospital with Ethan, looking over Grace when Nicole rushes in. But what happens when Ethan sees her?
